In order to enroll as a HomeNOW participant, you must provide us with certain enrollment information (such as your name, address, e-mail address, etc.). This is the information we collect on your registration form. We will use this information solely to communicate with you and to facilitate your participation in the Program. We will not share this information with any third party other than those HomeNOW Participating Lenders and Vendors that you express an interest in.
Protecting the Confidentiality of Your Personal Information
To protect the confidentiality of your personal information, we maintain procedures and technology designed to prevent unauthorized access to our electronic databases. These procedures include the use of encryption technology, firewalls, and limiting access to our database to authorized personnel.
